Jorge graduated from the Brazilian Naval Academy as a Marine Officer in Naval Sciences and Administration. He is currently a master's student in Geopolitics and Military Sciences at the Brazilian Naval War School. He has represented the Brazilian Navy abroad in countries like Haiti, Switzerland and Argentina.

 

Jorge’s interests span the geopolitical spectrum, ranging from international security to the relations between states’ military power. He has been working for the Brazilian Navy for 23 years and has extensive experience in intelligence and operations issues. His actual research focuses on civil-military relations. Jorge is pursuing a career in Geopolitical Analysis, Intelligence research and consultancy.
