Indryan holds a Political Science degree from University of Indonesia, where he developed a deep passion for politics, comparative politics, East Asia regional politics, and foreign policy. His academic journey was enriched by hands-on research experiences, honing his skills in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Currently, he is working as an Events Officer at the Student Think Tank for Europe-Asia Relations (STEAR), where he coordinates and manages events that bridge political discourse between Europe and Asia. Previously, he interned at the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia as a Research and Analyst Officer, gaining valuable insights into Indonesia's foreign policy strategies. Additionally, he has experience as an Administrative Assistant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, where he supported various administrative and diplomatic functions.
