Sadeen Haddad
Head of Desk - Middle East and North Africa
Sadeen is currently pursuing her MA in Peace and Conflict studies at the University of York, and is most interested in the regional politics of the Middle East, as well the role of non-state armed actors. Specifically, Sadeen is currently conducting research on Hezbollah’s political and economic model, and how this can be traced back to the Lebanese peace process.
She is also the President of VOX Journal, a PPE student-led journal at the University of York, and is currently working as a Research Assistant with the Politics Department - looking into the transformation of civil conflict and social actors in the case of Northern Ireland.
