Alex holds a BA in History from the University of Toronto and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. With a strong academic focus on Central and Eastern Europe, Alex’s expertise centers on the geopolitical dynamics of the Visegrad Group (V4) countries and former Soviet states.

Before joining Global Weekly, Alex gained valuable experience in international relations and communications through roles in the public and non-governmental sectors. His expertise in regional affairs and public diplomacy provides a strong foundation for his work. He is keen to build a career as a diplomat and academic researcher.
